• Respect intellectual property rights and copyrights.
• Not include offensive, abusive, or harmful material.
• Comply with third-party gift card marketplace rules if linking or trading externally.

3. AI and Trading Bots

Users agree to use AI trading tools and automated bots provided by Market Biz responsibly. The platform does not guarantee profits or outcomes from AI recommendations. Misuse of bots to manipulate markets or unfairly profit from other users is strictly prohibited.

4. Enforcement

Market Biz reserves the right to:

• Suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for violations of this policy.
• Remove or modify content and listings that violate standards.
• Report unlawful behavior to authorities where required.

5. Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own trading decisions, ensuring compliance with this policy, and understanding the risks associated with buying, holding, and selling gift cards.
